Creamy Chipotle Sauce
1 cup of crème fraiche
3-4 small chipotles in adobo, seeds removed – adjust to taste based on desired level of spiciness
1 clove of garlic
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Blend it all up in the food processor voila, its done.
